Who are we...

Brent Fitzgerald has worked for a large national bank where he discovered the need for a more personalized approach while working with home buyers. This is why he and his team decided to join up with the area’s largest privately held mortgage company, Cobalt Mortgage Inc.. As a company, we are large enough to command the best rates, but private enough to avoid rigid procedures that could hurt the buyer/lender/agent relationship.

What do we do….

We will provide you with multiple loan options at the greatest value. We guarantee a smooth and timely transaction, and we will always look out for our customer’s best interest. We have a system that is constantly updated and modified by taking to heart the client surveys that we gather. Our team marketing system supports our agents by taking exceptional care of our customers. All marketing materials include our agents name along side our name. We will not commit to a deal unless we are positive that we can guarantee an on time close. Our customers receive, at a minimum, weekly updates about their loan. These updates include a summary of the completed steps, the steps remaining to be completed before the loan close, and the next step that will be taken. We also update the buying and selling agents, as well as, the escrow representatives to ensure all parties are on the same page throughout the entire process. Upon closing, the buyers are sent a closing book complete with their credit report, HUD, title report, appraisal and closing gifts.
